- Why are we doing a giveaway?
We have had a lot of negative publicity by a competitor in the Bolt market that wants to monopolize said market by selling products way below MAP, threatening litigation, and defaming us online. Rather than lash out with personal attacks we want our customers to know we are here to stay and only wish to share great products with our great customers. - Is there any truth to the other company’s information?
Sure, there are a couple truths. I, Nicholas Alipaz, am the owner of Motorcycle Dress-Up, yes I used to warehouse from my home garage, most of what is posted by Motorcycle Dress-Up on social media is posted by me, and yes I also had a construction company I operated part-time. Today I have a storefront in Huntington Beach and my construction company has been closed in favor of this business. Not sure why any of those details are being touted as insults or otherwise, there is nothing to see here other than a man responsibly and legally hustling to get you great stuff, I have worked hard to provide products from many great suppliers for fair prices (currently supplying for 15 different manufacturers). - What about legal allegations by said company?
As of today there has been no proof of any trademark, copyright, patent, or simply comparison of designs for any products that we sell sent to us, only a lot of bullying, legal threats, and defamation. Until proof is provided otherwise we are proceeding with business as usual and considering the tactics mere bullying to hold market share and scare us out of the industry. The products for which we are being accused of stealing intellectual property we don’t even make, we only sell them. - Are you guys legit?
Absolutely, we carry all licenses, permits, articles, and insurance needed to operate as an ECommerce store. We are incorporated in Wyoming and operate out of California. We promote and sell products we use and believe in. We abide by all guidelines and policies set by our suppliers such as MAP (minimum advertised price). - Any stipulations to winning this contest?
