We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.
Items will have an availability status shown once a size/color is selected on the product page; this availability status will also be shown on the shopping cart page and in your order confirmation email. Most products will be marked “In Stock”. These products will ship within 1-2 business days, but if you select an expedited shipping method, please note that this will not reduce the lead time before the order is shipped.
While we will do our best to ship to you as quickly as possible, not all items will always be in stock in every time. In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Thursday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Thursday evening or Friday morning.
Most shipments within the lower contiguous 48 States utilize UPS, USPS, or FedEx as a carrier.

Shipping Method Explanation
Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please call, email, or message before you purchase
- Delivery typically in one to five business days after shipment.
- Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Friday, it would arrive on Wednesday of the following week.
- Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Thursday, it will arrive on Monday of the following week.
- Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.
Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $17.50 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).
We do our best to ship every package to the correct address that you provide to us. However, in the event that you made a mistake on the address you provided you are responsible for additional shipping charges or associated fees for your order if it was returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable since it is a service rendered by the carrier and whether you receive it or not it is a service was still completed. Please be sure to provide the correct address.
In the instance of a returned order, due to incorrectly provided shipping information, refusal to pay for the fees or for the cost of a second delivery charge will subject your order to cancelation. A full refund minus the associated shipping and shipping fees will be credited back to your method of payment.
Sometimes we may reach out if your address does not validate in our shipping software, delays in response to our inquiry may delay shipment of your order.
If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled “Processing,” Once an order has a status of “Completed,” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact customer service for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.
APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.
Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands will ship via the United States Postal Service from Los Angeles, CA. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders shipping to these locations cannot be expedited.
Orders shipping to an International destination will ship via USPS or UPS from Los Angeles, CA. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order. See full details on our International Order Policy Page.
Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. Hazardous items will be clearly identified during the shopping process.
We are currently only shipping tires to the contiguous 48 United States.
Oversize items are currently only being shipped via Ground to the contiguous 48 United States. Oversize items will be clearly identified during the shopping process. Oversized items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc.
Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.
We cannot be held accountable for lost packages by the carrier. In the case of a lost package we are glad to provide any needed documentation for your case with the chosen carrier.
Motorcycle Dress-Up does not typically take back orders, however items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately. Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but Motorcycle Dress-Up will assist customers with these claims to the best of its ability.
