With stock tires I measure a (rear) circumference of 1950mm. The manual states the standard is 1454mm, indicating that my tire factor should be 1.34. Sound reasonable?

Yes that does sound reasonable to us, however we cannot say for sure in a real world application. Your best option may be to set it, try it out and then repeat.
