Allows splitting the Taillight or any 3-wire sumitomo series connector into two signal connector lines (nippon-tanshi connectors). Quite useful for setting up signals that have run/brake/signal functionality. Use this Y-splitter to split your taillight line then put two nippon-tanshi signal connectors on each signal so that you can plug each signal into the end of this splitter and into the signal lines on the main harness.
